Andrew Thomas is the Director at Four Landscape Studio. As a registered Landscape Architect with over 16 years of professional experience, Andrew brings extensive experience across multiple project types and scales, with particular expertise in education landscapes.
Andrew’s leadership throughout the design and construction process ensures that every project he leads is contextually appropriate and delightful to use.
In addition to leading Four Landscape Studio, Andrew sits on the Association for Learning Environments WA board, as well as having recently completed a two consecutive terms as the Western Australian Chapter President of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects. In 2025 Andrew was awarded a Fellowship of the Australian Instutite of Lansdcape Architects.
With two decades of professional experience delivering projects throughout WA. Shea’s portfolio spans residential, institutional, industrial and transport-related developments, as well as environmentally focused work. Shea has overseen major landscape projects from initial concept design through to contract administration, working with clients in both government agencies and the private sector.
In addition to her landscape architecture background, Shea holds a Diploma in Conservation and Land Management. This training has reinforced her capability in designing ecologically responsive landscapes, and she has played a key role in the restoration and enhancement of wetlands, bushland areas and foreshore environments used for public recreation.
Shea has also completed a Master of Public Health at The University of Western Australia. This further study reflects her commitment to creating public spaces that are not only visually appealing but also contribute meaningfully to community wellbeing and improved environmental outcomes.
In 2025 Shea was awarded a Fellowship of the Australian Instutite of Lansdcape Architects.
Tilly is a registered Landscape Architect at Four Landscape Studio. Since joining the practice in 2017, she has built up a thorough knowledge of Landscape Architecture practices working through the design, documentation and administration phases of projects, with particular experience in creating spaces to accommodate current pedagogy. She has a particular knack for designing nurturing environments with inputs from student workshops.
Nic is a Graduate of Architecture, having completed his Masters at UWA in 2021. Working in Architecture and Landscape Architecture throughout his degree, Nic’s awareness and appreciation for the fabric of our built environment, preservation of cultural heritage and the ecological and social benefits of good planning, design and development within public and shared spaces was galvanised.
Nic has experience in a range of projects at varying scales and phases. From involvement in the coordination of user group and stakeholder workshops, high level master-planning projects, to contract documentation and administration.
Sharon has cemented her place in the Four Landscape Studio team as a reliable and diligent team member.
Through her research and design practice, she has built up a strong base knowledge of Landscape Architecture and computer graphic skills such as AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Revit.
Bianca Sorensen is a Graduate Landscape Architect at Four Landscape Studio. With a background in fine arts, Bianca brings an intuitive perspective to the design of landscapes that are functional, resilient and human centered.
With a background in horticulture and environmental management, Greta brings a passion for landscapes of learning and accessible environmental education.
Greta has experience working on projects through all phases of master planning, design and construction. With a keen interest in understanding the role of landscapes in mental health, education, and ecology, she uses a holistic approach when designing landscapes of all scales, and appreciates the use of the built environment by all users, human and non-human alike.
With previous studies of Horticulture and Graphic Design, Rose brings a unique perspective shaped by hands-on experience, and technical skills.
Rose is particularly interested in projects that consider the societal and environmental complexities associated with space which emphasise biodiversity, public wellbeing, and positive sensory experiences.
Supporting a diverse range of projects in both function and scale, Rose contributes from initial consultation and concept development through to graphic production, and detailed documentation.
